Senior Associate - Employment (4+ PQE)
Location: Glasgow or Edinburgh
Firm: L500 Ranked Employment Team | Global Platform
Salary: Lucrative Salary + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
The Role & The Work
Join a forward-thinking, L500 ranked Employment team that is firmly on an upward trajectory. This team is driven by standout leadership, high-quality work, and a genuinely modern approach to legal services.
- Advise major national and international clients on a broad mix of employment matters, from day-to-day HR advisory and complex employee relations issues to corporate transactions, restructurings, investigations, and senior exits.
- Be involved in large-scale, cross-border projects, collaborating with colleagues across a global network and gaining exposure to truly international work.
- Build your own profile, develop client relationships, and contribute to thought leadership, playing a visible role in the continued growth of the team.
- Speak at client events, support business development, or help shape new ideas.

Your Experience
- Scottish or UK Qualified Solicitor (4+ PQE)
- Strong background and passion for Employment law
- Experience advising on a mix of advisory, contentious, and transactional matters
- Exposure to corporate support work and/or international clients (desirable)
- Confident communicator with strong client relationship skills
- Commercially aware with an interest in business development
- Ambitious and motivated to progress towards senior leadership
