Senior Associate / Principal Associate – Employment | Manchester
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a top-ranked and growing Employment team in Manchester.
This role offers the chance to work at a senior level within a nationally recognised practice, advising an impressive client base across the corporate and education sectors on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
The Opportunity:
You’ll work closely with senior partners on high-quality advisory and Employment Tribunal matters, while also playing a key role in business development, client training and mentoring junior lawyers.

Requirements:
6+ years’ PQE in employment law gained within a reputable practice Strong technical employment law expertise Experience managing Employment Tribunal litigation Confident supporting business development initiatives Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers
