Refinancing and capital structure optimisation Senior and junior term loans, RCFs and bilateral facilities Unitranche, mezzanine and structured finance ABL, asset finance and invoice discounting Syndicated and senior secured financings Debt capital markets, shareholder and sustainable finance Growth finance and M&A funding
You'll engage a deep network of capital providers, including commercial and challenger banks, credit funds and asset-based lenders.
What you'll do
Support origination, diligence, structuring and execution of debt deals, end to end Appraise finance arrangements and shape capital structures Build financial models and covenant analysis Prepare lender presentations and information packs Help lead lender discussions and manage deal logistics Support negotiation and documentation alongside legal advisors

What we're looking for
Debt advisory, leveraged finance, corporate banking or restructuring experience Strong financial modelling and credit analysis Sharp commercial judgement across multiple workstreams Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, suited to a fast-moving environment
Languages
Fluent English essential. French or any other European language a strong advantage given the team's pan-European mandate.
