Senior Associate Role – Real Estate (Leeds)
About the Role
An ex Preliminary Qualifications Exam (PQE) 5+ opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate (5+ years of PQE required) to join our Real Estate team in Leeds.
We seek a commercial property professional with a diverse range of experience across key sectors.
Our Development team specialises in advising clients nationwide, covering investment, development, property finance, and occupier advisory services.

Ideal Candidate Requirements
We’re looking for driven commercial real estate lawyers with expertise in:
- Complex property law spanning multiple sectors (e.g., investment, development, finance).
- A strong foundation in real estate law with proven commercial acumen.
Key responsibilities include:
- Clear communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive problem-solving
- Able to deliver strategic, legally sound, and commercially astute advice
The Team
Our Real Estate Division is a UK-wide pillar of the firm—one of the largest and most respected, comprising 460+ professionals and 50+ Partners. Structured into five specialist teams:
- Construction
- Core Real Estate
- Planning
- Property Litigation
- Switch (offering full lifecycle real estate support).
