Senior Associate - Insurance - Finance Transformation Advisory
About the role Our Insurance & Asset & Wealth Management Finance Transformation Advisory team supports insurers as they navigate accounting change, modernise finance processes and enhance financial reporting. The team provides strong technical exposure and structured development, working closely with experienced practitioners across finance transformation and accounting advisory. As a Senior Associate, you will support the delivery of finance transformation engagements, building your technical accounting capability while contributing to high‑quality client outcomes. What your days will look like You will support client delivery and develop your technical skills through activities including: Supporting finance transformation and accounting advisory engagements for insurance clients Assisting with IFRS 17 implementation and post‑implementation change activities Preparing technical accounting analysis and supporting accounting policy documentation Collaborating with finance, actuarial and data specialists to deliver client solutions This role is for you if: Experience supporting finance transformation or accounting activities within insurance or retirement markets Understanding of insurance accounting frameworks, including IFRS 17 and related reporting requirements Experience assisting with the preparation of technical accounting analysis or accounting policy documentation Ability to analyse financial data, processes and controls to identify issues and improvement opportunities Experience working across finance or actuarial processes within an insurance environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high‑quality outputs Ability to work effectively as part of a team across multiple engagement What you’ll receive from us No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
