Senior Associate - Intellectual Property
Senior Intellectual Property Lawyer (Associate / Senior Associate)
Manchester | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Bonus
A leading legal and professional services business is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Lawyer to join its growing Commercial Services team.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a varied IP caseload while playing a key role in the growth and development of a highly regarded legal practice. The successful candidate will advise a broad client base on complex intellectual property matters, support junior team members, and contribute to the strategic development of the wider commercial offering.
The Opportunity
You will advise clients across a range of sectors on:
- Intellectual property strategy and protection
- Licensing and commercialisation agreements
- Trade mark, copyright, and brand protection matters
- IP-related disputes and enforcement
- Commercial contracts with an IP focus
- Risk management and compliance issues

About You
You will be:
- A qualified solicitor with strong experience in Intellectual Property law
- Technically adept across both contentious and non-contentious IP matters
- Commercially minded, with excellent client relationship skills
- Comfortable managing complex matters autonomously
- Interested in mentoring and developing junior colleagues
- Motivated by working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
