Exciting Opportunities for Part-Time Senior Management Support Administrator in Central Norfolk Locality
We have exciting opportunities to recruit to a part-time Senior Management Support Administrator within the Central Norfolk Locality.
The posts will be providing administrative and secretarial support to our Associate Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong admin / PA experience as you will be responsible for supporting with diary management, email monitoring, minute taking, complex reports, and audit work, among other tasks.
- Provide accurate, prompt, and efficient secretarial / administrative support to the management team, which may include presentations / spreadsheets including complex reports.
- Ensure the workload of the management support team is prioritized to ensure patient safety and meet quality standards.
- To raise agendas, take, and process minutes for teams (across the care group).
- Participate in ongoing audits and service development as directed by Management.
- Diary management as required for team members to include appointments / meetings, regular commitments to assist in organizing the workload.
- There may be a requirement to supervise admin staff, completing regular monthly supervision sessions and yearly appraisals.
