Senior Associate Partner – Property & Asset Management

Circa £75,000 + 10% Bonus + New Business Commission | Central London | Hybrid Working

Madison Berkeley has been exclusively retained to appoint a Senior Associate Partner on behalf of one of London's most respected independent property consultancies.

This is a senior appointment within an established Property & Asset Management team, offering the opportunity to work alongside the Equity Partners in driving the continued growth of the business while managing a high-profile commercial portfolio across Central London.

With a long-standing reputation for delivering partner-led advice, the business acts for an impressive client base including institutional investors, property companies, landed estates, charities and private investors. Their independent structure enables senior professionals to build genuine client relationships, influence strategic decisions and develop their careers without the constraints often associated with larger corporate firms.

  • Assume responsibility for a substantial commercial portfolio
  • Act as a trusted adviser to clients
  • Identify opportunities to enhance asset performance
  • Strengthen existing relationships
  • Contribute to the continued expansion of the department

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
