Your Role
To provide a timely, accurate and high-quality Investor Relations and product support service to Invesco Real Estate clients, CPMs and Distribution colleagues. The role will support the delivery of clear, client-ready information, effective investor servicing, fund reporting and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role combining investor-facing product support, client-ready reporting and the accurate coordination of recurring investor servicing, data and operational processes.
What you will be doing
- To work within the Invesco Private Markets EMEA Product team, ensuring that an exceptional service experience is delivered by the team to clients.
- To act as a point of contact to support direct requests from existing investors and prospects and to assist Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs), the wider IRE team, and IVZ Distribution colleagues with prompt responses to qualitative and quantitative requests for information for existing investors.
- Support the preparation of clear, client-ready information on the firm’s direct real estate fund products for institutional investors, working with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.
- To provide bespoke reports for selective clients, working with the Hyderabad team and other internal stakeholders where appropriate. Together with colleagues, support the identification and delivery of practical efficiency improvements across recurring reporting and investor servicing processes.
- Support the effective management of investor servicing processes, including investor communications, fund portals, reporting deliverables, investor meetings, investor calls and related governance materials.
- Coordinate with Transfer Agents, Corporate Secretary, Treasury and internal teams on investor lifecycle events, including subscriptions, transfers, redemptions, distributions, capital calls, management fee rebates and KYC/AML refreshes.
- Support accurate maintenance of investor, fund and distribution information across relevant systems and portals, including Investran, Viaduct and Salesforce, ensuring information is reliable, current and available to support investor servicing, reporting and distribution activity.
- Support the production and maintenance of recurring data sets and management information covering AUM, personnel, transactions, capital raising, client activity, fee status and other key product or distribution metrics.
- Work with the wider IRE business, Marketing and relevant support teams to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of recurring reporting, data management and workflow processes where practical.
- To liaise with IRE’s wider global Investor Relations and Product Management team to ensure global consistency and co-ordination of client relationship management.
- To ensure that all activities are in line with Invesco’s Conduct principles.

What you will bring
- Relevant experience in Investor Relations, Client Relationship Management, Client Service or Product Management within asset management, private markets or another institutional investment environment.
- Good understanding of the role Investor Relations plays in supporting institutional clients, distribution teams and internal stakeholders, including responding to investor queries, coordinating information and supporting reporting cycles.
- Direct real estate experience would be advantageous, but is not essential where the candidate demonstrates strong Investor Relations discipline, sound judgement and the ability to learn the product set quickly.
- Good knowledge of investor servicing processes, client communications, fund reporting cycles and the importance of accurate, timely and client-ready responses.
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and OneNote, with strong Excel, data management and reporting skills. Knowledge of CRM and fund systems, including Investran, Viaduct and Salesforce, would be useful.
- Comfortable working with investor data, maintaining data quality and supporting practical process improvements across recurring reporting and workflow processes.
- Fluent English and German preferred.
- Likely to be a graduate, but not essential.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. CFA, CAIA, IMC) helpful.
- High personal motivation; ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned workstreams and contribute effectively as part of a team.
- Interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate input from Product, CPMs, Distribution, Operations, Transfer Agents and other internal or external partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, accurate and client-ready materials for institutional investors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, be deadline driven and manage multiple requests across reporting, investor servicing and distribution support.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and judgement when handling investor information, deadlines and client-facing deliverables.
