Senior Associate – Property Development & Investment – 4-8 PQE
Belfast
Step Into Complex, High-Value Real Estate Work with a Leading National Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an England and Wales and Northern Irish qualified lawyer with 4–7 years PQE) to join a growing, high-performing team at Pinsent Masons. You’ll work on complex, high-value development and investment transactions for leading clients, gaining exposure to some of the UK’s most significant real estate projects. We’re looking for a commercially minded, collaborative lawyer with strong transactional experience who is ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive, nationally integrated team.
The Opportunity
You will join a growing, high-performing real estate practice with the opportunity to work across a diverse range of sectors and transactional matters. The role offers exposure to complex, high-value development and investment work, supporting some of the UK’s largest developers and investors.
Working as part of a national, cross-office team, you will benefit from varied and high-quality work, enabling you to develop a well-rounded transactional skillset while contributing to significant and market-leading projects.

What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality real estate advice, including:
- Advising on development (commercial and mixed use) and investment transactions
- Supporting major acquisitions, disposals, funding arrangements and asset management strategies
- Working closely with leading developers, investors and banks
- Collaborating with colleagues across a national and international network
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
- Supporting complex, large-scale projects and contributing to innovative solutions in a changing market
About The Team
Pinsent Masons has one of the largest property teams in the UK, with over 400 specialist Real Estate lawyers across its national network. The team advises a broad client base including investors, developers and financial institutions.
Operating as a fully integrated national team, you will regularly work across offices on some of the UK’s most significant real estate mandates, gaining exposure to a wide variety of work and clients.
