What you’ll do

As a member of our Property Litigation team, you’ll handle a diverse range of contentious commercial and residential property matters. Your work will make a real impact, helping clients navigate complex issues with clarity and confidence.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a variety of litigation cases, with a focus on resolving disputes involving:
    • Land and property
    • Landlord and tenant relationships
    • Commercial property matters
  • Oversee cases from pre-action through to trial, ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to deliver exceptional service.
  • Represent clients at court hearings and trials when required.

About You

You will be an experienced lawyer (ideally 6 – 8 years post qualification experience) with a strong track record in contentious property work seeking:
