Join the secondaries business of a leading global alternative investment manager, investing across private equity, real assets, infrastructure, and credit. The platform combines the resources, proprietary data, and GP relationships of a large multi-strategy franchise with the focus of a dedicated secondaries team, deploying capital across both GP-led and LP-led transactions at scale. The firm is recognised for its disciplined underwriting, long-standing sponsor relationships, and consistent performance through market cycles.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join the London Secondaries team, taking a leading role on GP-led and LP portfolio transactions across Europe. This is a senior seat with genuine ownership: you will run deal processes end to end, from origination and underwriting through structuring and execution, while mentoring junior members of the team. You will work directly with senior investment professionals and gain broad exposure across fund strategies, geographies, and asset classes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
