Senior Associate Solicitor – Commercial Litigation
Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Practice Area: Commercial Litigation
Experience: 5–7 years PQE
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Cardium Law is a dynamic and forward-thinking litigation firm based in the heart of London. Established in 2017, we specialise in high-stakes Construction, Business and Financial disputes. We are a paperless, carbon-conscious office, driven by innovation and technology. We are currently seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor (5–7 PQE) to join one of Cardium’s highly active litigation teams. The role will involve running complex High Court litigation and may include supporting and supervising more junior team members, including trainees and paralegals.
As a Candidate, You Should Have:
- Strong experience in professional negligence and commercial litigation.
- Knowledge and experience of running High Court litigation from the pre-action protocol stage through to trial.
- Strong drafting, analytical and case management skills.
- Experience using Microsoft products, practice management systems and preparing application and trial bundles.
- A good working knowledge of the White Book and familiarity with Practical Law, Westlaw or similar.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take ownership of matters.
- The ability to support and, where appropriate, supervise trainees, paralegals and other junior team members.
