Senior Associate / Legal Director – Commercial Litigation
Top 150 UK Law Firm
A highly regarded Top 150 UK law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing disputes team.
The team advises businesses, shareholders, and private clients on a broad range of complex and high-value commercial disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder matters, professional negligence claims, and wider business disputes.
This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied caseload of quality work, while also supporting senior colleagues on larger matters and contributing to the continued growth and development of the team.

The Opportunity
- Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through to resolution.
- Advise clients on a broad range of business disputes and provide commercially focused solutions.
- Support and mentor junior members of the team.
- Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives.
- Play an active role in the ongoing growth of a well-established disputes practice.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in commercial litigation.
- Experience advising on contractual and shareholder disputes would be advantageous.
- Additional experience in specialist disputes areas would be welcomed but is not essential.
- Likely to suit candidates operating at Senior Associate or Legal Director level, although strong mid-level candidates seeking progression will also be considered.
- Strong technical ability combined with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
