Senior Associate Solicitor - Real Estate & Renewables
We are working with a leading national law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Future Energy team within one of their UK offices, located in Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, or Manchester.
The Role The successful candidate will join a nationally regarded Real Estate practice, acting in relation to the financing of clean energy projects and large-scale acquisitions and disposals. Responsibilities include project management, assisting and co-ordinating due diligence processes (including review of title, enquiries, and searches), leading on the drafting and negotiation of all ancillary documentation, and supporting the wider team on general real estate matters, landlord and tenant work, corporate support, and public sector work.

This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work with a wide range of clean energy clients, operating across a variety of renewable energy projects, such as wind, solar, hydro, and EVCI amongst others.
Essential Criteria 3-7 PQE; Strong background in real estate with previous experience with renewables within a medium to large commercial firm; Excellent commercial awareness; Outstanding academics; Technically excellent; Negotiation skills; Willingness to become involved in business development; Ability to work independently and as a team.
