About the Company
Our client is a rapidly growing international investment banking and capital advisory firm with offices across Europe, the US, Middle East and Asia.
About the Role
The London team is expanding and is seeking an experienced investment professional to advise private equity sponsors, corporates and institutional investors on complex financing transactions across Europe. This role combines transaction execution, capital solutions, client advisory and business development, offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and high-profile cross-border transactions.
Responsibilities
- Execute private credit and structured financing transactions from origination through closing.
- Advise clients on optimal capital structures and financing solutions.
- Build and review detailed financial models and transaction materials.
- Perform commercial, financial and credit analysis.
- Coordinate due diligence alongside legal and financial advisers.
- Negotiate financing documentation and transaction terms.
- Prepare investment committee and client presentation materials.
- Develop relationships with private equity sponsors, corporate clients and institutional investors.
- Support origination of new advisory and financing mandates.
- Mentor junior team members.

Qualifications
- 4–8+ years of relevant experience.
- Background in Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, Debt Advisory, Private Credit or Direct Lending.
- Strong execution experience on financing transactions.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Experience working with private equity sponsors and corporate clients.
- Strong commercial mindset with relationship management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Fluent English.
