About the Firm

This specialist London law firm has built an outstanding reputation within the private wealth market and is consistently recognised by both Chambers High Net Worth and The Legal 500 for its residential property expertise.

The Residential Property team is recognised as one of the premier practices in the market, advising an exceptional client base of ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, trustees, landed estates, entrepreneurs and international investors on some of the most complex and high-value residential property transactions in the UK.

This is a growth hire within an established, partner-led team. You will work closely alongside highly regarded partners on sophisticated matters while developing your own client relationships and profile within the private wealth market.

The Role

The team advises on a broad range of premium residential property matters, including:

  • Prime and super-prime freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals across Central London and the country.
  • High-value refinancing and secured lending transactions involving private banks and bespoke funding arrangements.
  • Complex transactions involving trusts, offshore companies, family investment vehicles and wider private wealth structures.
  • Residential investment portfolios, landed estates and mixed-use property holdings.
  • Agricultural and country estate acquisitions and disposals.
  • Residential development acquisitions, site sales and strategic land transactions.
  • Property aspects of wider tax, trust, succession and estate planning exercises.
  • Lease extensions, enfranchisement matters and title restructuring where required.
  • Advising international individuals, family offices and overseas investors on UK residential acquisitions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
