About our client

Our client is a leading growth-equity firm that partners with tech-enabled and sustainable businesses based in Europe to help them reach the next stage of international growth. They are looking to expand their investor relations capabilities with the addition of a Senior Associate who will have a predominant focus on investor coverage. They will play a central role in managing and developing the funds relationships with existing and prospective investors across Europe and globally.

What the job involves

  • Partner with senior IR professionals on fundraising initiatives, including lead generation, investor outreach, and pipeline management across geographies and products
  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for LPs, responding to information requests and coordinating internally to ensure timely, high-quality communication
  • Develop a strong understanding of the funds investment strategy, fund structures, portfolio companies, and performance to confidently support investor dialogue
  • Play a key role in organizing and leading investor meetings, due diligence sessions, and events, including coordination with the investment team and external stakeholders
  • Assist in the end-to-end fundraising lifecycle, including pipeline tracking, LP engagement, and due diligence

  • Experience from a leading private equity, growth equity, asset management firm, or placement agent with proven success in investor coverage, fundraising, or IR project management, with exposure to institutional LPs
  • Background can be from either sales/coverage or project management-focused IR, provided the candidate demonstrates strong ownership, judgment, and LP-facing credibility
  • Strong preference for candidates fluent in English and a second European language, particularly Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or German
