Service Care Solutions have an excellent opportunity that has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a highly respected and expanding Scottish law firm in Perth. This role is open to ambitious Senior Associates ready to step up, as well as established Partners seeking a new platform to grow their practice within a collaborative and people-focused environment.
The Work Includes:
- Trust and executor administration
- Wills and Powers of Attorney
- Tax and succession planning
- Estate planning
- Asset protection and related private client matters

What We’re Looking For:
- Scottish qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE
- Strong technical experience across private client matters
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
- Interest in business development and growing a practice
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities are advantageous
- STEP qualification desirable but not essential
