Transform attendance. Change lives. Shape the future across two schools.

This is an exciting opportunity to become the first Senior Attendance Lead working across Lift Rawlett and Lift Greenwood.

Working across both schools, you will lead attendance strategy, drive improvements in student attendance and engagement, and work alongside leaders, families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning. Your work will directly improve outcomes for young people across two school communities.

Your new schools

Lift Rawlett and Lift Greenwood are part of Lift Schools, a national trust of 59 schools, including 10 across the West Midlands. Together, they are building strong, inclusive school communities where high expectations, excellent relationships and student success are at the heart of everything they do.

This cross-school role reflects Lift Schools’ collaborative approach. You’ll work alongside experienced leaders across both schools and the wider regional team, sharing expertise, developing consistent practice and helping to shape attendance improvement across the West Midlands.

The role

As Senior Attendance Lead, you will provide strategic leadership for attendance across both schools, ensuring attendance remains at the forefront of school improvement.

Working closely with senior leaders, pastoral teams, safeguarding leads, and external agencies, you will develop and implement effective attendance strategies, using data to identify trends, target interventions, and improve student outcomes.

You will lead on attendance processes, strengthen relationships with families and external partners, and ensure both schools maintain high expectations while providing appropriate support to overcome barriers to attendance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
