Senior Audio Producer

Senior Audiobook Producer – Black Library, Games Workshop

About the Role

Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Audiobook Producer to join the Black Library team. This is your chance to produce and engineer our award-winning and best-selling audiobooks and audio dramas, helping bring the worlds of Warhammer to life through exceptional audio storytelling.

We’re looking for a highly-experienced audiobook producer with a proven track record of delivering outstanding long-form audio productions. As the Audio team’s technical expert, you’ll be innovative, proactive, and continually seeking opportunities to improve processes and practices while maintaining the highest levels of quality.

Driven and forward-thinking, you’ll stay up to date with industry developments, explore new technologies, and share your expertise by mentoring colleagues to support creative excellence. Well-connected and collaborative, you’ll also help grow our network of freelance actors and proof-listeners to support the Digital Team Manager in delivering Black Library’s audio strategy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
