Long-term Contract

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Authorised Person (SAP) to support the delivery of major electricity network projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out Senior Authorised Person duties across LV, HV, and EHV distribution networks
  • Issuing permits, managing switching operations, and ensuring compliance with safety procedures
  • Supporting engineering teams during construction, maintenance, and commissioning activities
  • Working closely with clients and project teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery

Requirements:

  • Current Senior Authorised Person authorisation with Northern Power Grid (preferred) or UKPN, SSEN, SPEN, ENW, or NGED
  • Strong experience across LV, HV, and EHV distribution networks
  • Proven knowledge of Distribution Network operations and electrical safety procedures
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across site and project teams
