Senior Automation Engineer
Solution Architect (Automation Engineer) – Payments & Wealth Management

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Solution Architect with expertise in KYC (Know Your Customer) processes to lead the digital transformation of critical client-facing workflows—including client onboarding, product fulfilment, and data maintenance. You’ll leverage cutting-edge technologies like:
- Generative AI & Machine Learning

- Cloud-based architectures

Key Responsibilities
1. Automation & Test Strategy
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functionality, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers, development teams) to define test plans and strategies
- Execute tests, analyse results, and prioritise defect resolution
2. CI/CD & Tooling
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployments
- Evaluate and implement tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) to maximise efficiency
- Conduct code reviews for test scripts to ensure best practices
3. Documentation & Collaboration
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for tests, frameworks, and processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align testing requirements with business objectives
Requirements
Technical Proficiency
- 8–10 years’ experience in test automation development, with a proven track record
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Deep understanding of:
- Equity Derivatives (both listed and OTC)
- Regulated financial services (preferably within Private Banking/Wealth Management)
- Strong skills in:
- Programming: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, UI Path
- APIs: RESTful/SOAP service testing
- Version control: Git
- Agile/DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, testing methodologies
