One of those innovations is IA Connect – our intelligent automation platform that enables Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism and Copilot Studio to automate applications running in Citrix, Remote Desktop Services (RDS), virtual desktops and legacy environments where traditional automation simply can't reach.
Demand for our Automation & AI practice continues to grow, and we're looking for a Senior Automation & AI Consultant to help deliver enterprise-scale automation solutions for some of the UK's most recognised organisations.

The Opportunity
This is a senior, customer-facing consultancy role where you'll lead the design, delivery and governance of intelligent automation solutions using technologies including:
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Blue Prism
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Azure
- APIs & Integrations
- IA Connect (full training provided)
You won't be expected to know IA Connect from day one. We're looking for an experienced Automation Consultant who can quickly learn our innovative platform and help customers automate processes that were previously considered impossible.

Working alongside our Product, Delivery and Sales teams, you'll lead customer engagements from discovery workshops through to solution design, implementation and ongoing optimisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading customer workshops to identify automation opportunities
- Designing enterprise Automation & AI solutions
- Delivering Power Automate, Blue Prism and Copilot Studio implementations
- Extending automation into Citrix, RDS and legacy environments using IA Connect
- Supporting pre-sales engagements, demonstrations and Proof of Concepts
- Producing solution designs, architecture documentation and technical specifications
- Integrating automation with Azure services, APIs and enterprise applications
- Mentoring consultants and helping shape best practice across the Automation practice
- Influencing the future roadmap of IA Connect
What We're Looking For
You'll have strong experience delivering enterprise automation solutions and be confident engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
Essential experience includes:
- Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and/or Desktop)
- Blue Prism
- Copilot Studio or Conversational AI
- Enterprise workflow automation
- API integrations
- Azure
- PowerShell or similar scripting
- Automation governance and best practice
- Solution architecture
- Customer workshops and consultancy
- Enterprise project delivery
Experience with Citrix, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, RDS or legacy application automation would be highly advantageous.
