About The Team
B2B Marketing Operations sits within Commercial Operations, and owns the end-to-end execution and orchestration of partner communications across email, WhatsApp and tablet notifications. We also own the lifecycle and automation stack behind those communications (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and the campaign performance reporting that shows what's working. In 2026, the team is shifting from operational excellence to strategic orchestration: connecting channels, segmentation and measurement to drive partner growth.
About The Role
We're hiring a Senior B2B Marketing Operations Executive to own both the technical build and the strategic design of our partner lifecycle programmes. In the first 90 days, you'll get hands-on with our Salesforce Marketing Cloud builds, audience SQL and campaign QA process, taking ownership of live campaign execution. Over the following months, you'll take on end-to-end ownership of lifecycle programme design — using performance data to shape segmentation, messaging and cadence — while continuing to support ad-hoc partner sends as they come up. You will report into the Marketing Operations Manager on our B2B Marketing Operations team in our Commercial Operations organization.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end execution of partner lifecycle and ad-hoc email/WhatsApp campaigns, from audience build through to send and QA
- Design and continuously improve lifecycle programmes, using performance data to iterate on messaging, cadence and segmentation
- Build and maintain SQL-based audience queries, AMPscript personalisation and HTML email templates within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Track and report on campaign and lifecycle performance metrics, turning results into clear recommendations for the wider team
- Partner with stakeholders across Commercial, Content and Data teams to scope and prioritise campaign requests

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
