Key Impact Areas
- Global benefits infrastructure – Scale APIs and microservices to manage payments, allowances, and insurance globally.
- AI + Data at scale – Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to optimise workflows and accelerate feature development.
- Proactive ownership – Drive architectural decisions, improve reliability, security, and performance in production systems.
- Collaborative cross-team impact – Partner with Product, Frontend, and Data to deliver end-to-end features quickly.
Your Itch to Scratch
✰ Backend Systems:
- 4+ years building and scaling production systems (企業規模 vs 早期經濟型院校).
- Extensive experience in GoLang (essential) paired with solid TypeScript (go-to) proficiency.
- Deep expertise in session-quality databases (PostgreSQL/SQL), API design (REST/event-driven), and data integrity.
🔧 Systems Architecture:
- Thrives in scalable cloud environments and CI/CD workflows.
- Integrates with 3rd-party systems (e.g., payment providers) writes clean, tested code.
