You’ll architect and own foundational systems delivering global, real-time payments, complex integrations, and AI-driven workflows—from payroll to customer reporting.   • Global benefits infrastructure – Scale APIs and microservices to manage payments, allowances, and insurance globally.
  • AI + Data at scale – Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to optimise workflows and accelerate feature development.
  • Proactive ownership – Drive architectural decisions, improve reliability, security, and performance in production systems.
  • Collaborative cross-team impact – Partner with Product, Frontend, and Data to deliver end-to-end features quickly.

Your Itch to Scratch

✰ Backend Systems:

  • 4+ years building and scaling production systems (企業規模 vs 早期經濟型院校).
  • Extensive experience in GoLang (essential) paired with solid TypeScript (go-to) proficiency.
  • Deep expertise in session-quality databases (PostgreSQL/SQL), API design (REST/event-driven), and data integrity.

🔧 Systems Architecture:

  • Thrives in scalable cloud environments and CI/CD workflows.
  • Integrates with 3rd-party systems (e.g., payment providers) writes clean, tested code.
