We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and scale the future of benefits infrastructure. You’ll architect and own foundational systems delivering global, real-time payments, complex integrations, and AI-driven workflows—from payroll to customer reporting. Your Itch to Scratch
✰ Backend Systems:
- 4+ years building and scaling production systems (企業規模 vs 早期經濟型院校).
- Extensive experience in GoLang (essential) paired with solid TypeScript (go-to) proficiency.
- Deep expertise in session-quality databases (PostgreSQL/SQL), API design (REST/event-driven), and data integrity.
🔧 Systems Architecture:
- Thrives in scalable cloud environments and CI/CD workflows.
- Integrates with 3rd-party systems (e.g., payment providers) writes clean, tested code.
