Job Description
You will operate across the full stack of Kyra's infrastructure, from writing domain services in a TypeScript monorepo to managing production deployments on AWS ECS. This role combines backend engineering with DevOps ownership, requiring you to design APIs, optimize PostgreSQL/ClickHouse databases, and maintain CI/CD pipelines while shipping features end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
- Build and maintain complex domain modules using Node.js, TypeScript, and Prisma within a sophisticated DDD-style monorepo architecture and Express frameworks.
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS ECS and RDS, including the maintenance of over 40 GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows and Docker orchestration.
- Optimize high-scale data systems using PostgreSQL and ClickHouse to provide real-time analytics and creator intelligence for major global brands.
The ideal candidate
- Has 4+ years of professional experience building and scaling Node.js/TypeScript backend services in production environments with strict typing and REST API design.
- Demonstrates deep expertise in AWS container orchestration (ECS), infrastructure as code, and managing complex CI/CD pipelines and production background job workers.
- Possesses strong database proficiency in PostgreSQL schema design and query optimization, ideally with experience in columnar databases like ClickHouse for heavy analytics.
