The Role
- Lead backend development initiatives and contribute to technical strategy
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems

What You'll Need
- Strong experience in backend development, preferably with Python
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
- Experience with system design and architectural decision-making
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
