How We Work

Your Team
We’re strengthening a Senior Backend Engineer role—joining a collaborative, ambitious team spearheading backend systems for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend systems supporting customers' lifecycles and internal systems (e.g., supply chain, operations).
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet the business’s evolving scale and complexity.
- Ship ownership: develop, deploy, and iterate as a core practice—not a step aside.
- Join in product strategy, tech design discussions, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Participate in incident response and production problem-solving rotations.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on expertize with Ruby on Rails in production environments.
- Proven ability to build and quickly scale backend systems, ideal for high-growth startups or scale-ups.
- Experience leading multi-stakeholder/engineer projects.
- Bonus: Experience with GraphQL.
- Mindset emphasis: Collaborative, deeply product-centric—focused less on technical nuance, more on authentic problem-solving.
- Clarity and curiosity: Integrate into ambiguity, translate complex information, and actively up-level in skill.
