Hours: 40h per week
A fantastic B&I location for a software company offering a cloud-based platform for data analytics and artificial intelligence. This location is based in London. Catering for about 250-300 people and operates Monday to Friday. This is a free issue location offering core feeding of Lunch, Coffee Shop and High end hospitality. With its Central London location, it benefits from great travel access.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Barista who is an experienced coffee professional, combining expert beverage preparation with team leadership, staff training, and day-to-day operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- To work well in a team producing the best barista coffee for staff and visitors
- Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
- Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
- Ensure that all retail items are stocked and rotated regularly
- Set up of location in the mornings for daily operation
- Manage payments and any cash handling.
- Daily stock takes of products available

You Will Have The Following Skills
- Excellent customer service
- An all-round team player
- Barista experience essential
- Personable, good sense of humour, fun.
Knowledge / Competencies
- Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
- Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
- Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
