Established in 2019, our London operation serves as the European commercial and research hub driving our strategic expansion across Western markets.

About the Role

To power our next phase of growth across Europe and the Americas, we are seeking an ambitious, high-performing Senior BD Manager to spearhead our enterprise sales across the Western Hemisphere.

Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion & GTM Strategy: Define and execute commercial strategy to penetrate target segments, including metal producers, commodity trading desks, industrial buyers, financial institutions, and funds across Europe and the Americas.
  • Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-Suite executives, Heads of Trading, Procurement Directors, and Portfolio Managers, navigating complex enterprise deal cycles.
  • Full Pipeline Execution: Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from targeted pipeline generation and executive presentations to contract negotiations and closing high-value annual subscription agreements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with our global analyst and research teams to deliver tailored, high-value intelligence solutions to European enterprise clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
