Senior Benefits & Global Wellbeing Partner – London (Hybrid, 3 days/week)

We're looking for a Senior Benefits & Global Wellbeing Partner to shape the future of benefits and wellbeing across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) while influencing global wellbeing initiatives.
This is an opportunity to create meaningful experiences for colleagues across multiple countries, ensuring our benefits programs remain competitive, inclusive and aligned to the needs of a global workforce.
You'll join a team that is passionate about improving the employee experience through data-driven decisions, innovative programs and strong partnerships. From benefits strategy to wellbeing engagement, you'll play a key role in how we attract, retain and support world-class talent.
In this role, you'll own the strategy, delivery and continuous improvement of benefits and wellbeing programs that impact teams across the globe. You'll influence leaders, shape employee experiences, drive meaningful change and create programs that help people succeed while supporting Global Payments' continued growth and evolution.
What you'll own
- Own and evolve benefits programs across EMEA, creating a seamless employee experience that balances competitiveness, compliance, cost effectiveness and employee value.
- Shape benefits strategy through data-driven insights, using participation, utilization and cost trends to influence investment decisions and improve outcomes.
- Act as the trusted benefits and wellbeing expert for leaders and colleagues, creating clarity around complex programs and driving greater understanding and engagement.
- Build strong partnerships with insurers, brokers, third-party administrators and internal stakeholders to deliver high-performing programs and exceptional service levels.
- Drive compliance across multiple countries by ensuring benefits programs align with local regulations, business requirements and governance standards.
- Lead the development and execution of a global wellbeing strategy that supports physical, mental, emotional, financial and social wellbeing.
- Create impactful wellbeing campaigns, communications and resources that increase awareness, participation and measurable program effectiveness.
- Continuously improve processes, systems and employee experiences by building scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy and long-term program success.

What you bring
- Significant experience managing benefits programs across multiple EMEA countries, with strong expertise across health, welfare, disability, retirement and wellbeing programs.
- Proven success developing and implementing wellbeing strategies that drive engagement, participation and measurable outcomes.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability, including benefits finance, budget forecasting, cost analysis and data-driven decision making.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to turn data into compelling insights and recommendations.
- Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), ideally Workday, and managing benefits-related data, reporting and system integrations.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities across different countries and time zones while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accountability.
