Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a Senior Benefits Specialist to join their team in Chester on a full time, 6-month temporary basis (35 hours per week).
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a track record of professional Benefits/HR practice to join an innovative and fast paced pharmaceutical company.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee total Benefits projects and programs such as health & welfare, leaves/absence and incentives
- Provide and review salary data to ensure competitive positioning within the market
- Act as primary point of contact for any rewards queries, guiding employees on complex benefits as necessary
- Implement and develop benefits/rewards systems change requirements and support ongoing enhancements

Requirements
- Strong Benefits/HR experience preferably within a global pharmaceutical company
- Great knowledge of HR policies and processes
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships
- Excellent communication skills
