Senior BI Developer

Location: Central London (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £60,000 – £85,000 + bonus & comprehensive benefits package

Our client is a leading multinational hospitality group operating within a fast-paced and commercially driven environment. Due to continued international growth and investment in technology and data, the business is seeking a Senior BI Developer to join its London-based team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, enhancement, and support of BI reporting and analytics solutions across the Group
  • Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and planning solutions within the Infor EPM environment
  • Develop and optimise SQL queries, data models, and reporting processes
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities across international operations
  • Develop integrations between Infor EPM and other business systems
  • Troubleshoot technical and reporting issues, ensuring data integrity and system performance
  • Partner with finance, technology, and operational teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement across reporting, data management, and BI processes
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and documentation activities
  • Mentor and support junior members of the team

  • Proven experience in a Senior BI Developer, EPM Developer, or Business Intelligence role
  • Infor EPM v12 experience is essential, ideally within a Cloud environment
  • Strong experience developing reports, dashboards, business rules, and applications within Infor EPM
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes
  • Experience with API integrations, Data Lake environments, or data management processes would be advantageous
  • Exposure to Power BI, Azure, or other modern BI technologies would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong analytical mindset
  • Experience within multinational or multi-site businesses, ideally within hospitality, retail, or leisure environments, would be advantageous
