Senior Bid Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Bid Consultant to join our high-performing EMEA Bid Team and play a critical role in winning new business across our portfolio.
This is not a traditional bid management role.
We are seeking someone who combines strategic thinking, creativity, stakeholder influence, and exceptional project management skills to help shape compelling client stories, elevate proposal quality, and drive winning outcomes. You will work at the centre of some of our most important opportunities, partnering with senior leaders across Korn Ferry to transform ideas into differentiated, client-centric proposals.
As part of this role, you will gain exposure to Korn Ferry's full suite of consulting, talent acquisition, digital, and talent technology solutions, including our proprietary platforms, assessment and talent solutions, market-leading intellectual property, and workforce insights that support clients across the entire talent lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Lead Strategic Opportunities Manage multiple concurrent bids, RFPs, RFIs, presentations, and strategic opportunities across EMEA. Develop and drive deal strategies, workplans, timelines, and governance from kick-off through submission. Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, solution design, commercial, legal, marketing, operations, and subject matter experts.

Shape Winning Narratives Transform complex information into compelling, client-focused stories that differentiate Korn Ferry. Challenge conventional thinking and identify creative ways to position our solutions. Help senior stakeholders articulate value, innovation, and measurable business outcomes. Ensure every submission is strategically aligned to client priorities and decision criteria.
Drive Innovation and Technology Adoption Leverage AI-powered tools, content libraries, knowledge platforms, and emerging technologies to improve proposal quality, efficiency, and insight generation. Stay current on advancements in AI, talent technology, and workforce transformation trends to strengthen proposal narratives. Showcase Korn Ferry's proprietary technology, analytics, and digital solutions as part of client responses where relevant. Contribute ideas that continuously evolve how we pursue, develop, and deliver winning proposals.
Influence Senior Stakeholders Partner with leaders across the business to challenge thinking, shape responses, and drive decision-making. Facilitate reviews and opportunity discussions with senior stakeholders. Build trusted relationships across a highly matrixed global organisation.
Build Knowledge and Best Practice Contribute to the development of reusable content and knowledge management resources. Identify opportunities to improve bid processes, tools, and ways of working. Share best practices and innovative approaches across the wider bid community.

What You'll Bring Strong bid management experience within a complex professional services environment. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Strong storytelling, content development, and communication capabilities. Creative thinker with the confidence to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches. Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills. Experience within Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Talent Acquisition or Workforce Solutions is highly desirable.
