Senior Bid Manager

Location: Crick - Flexible Hybrid Working

Shape the future of bid management and business growth with XPO.

At XPO Logistics, we're growing rapidly across the UK and Ireland and winning exciting new opportunities. We're looking for an experienced Senior Bid Manager to lead our bid function and play a key role in securing major new business.

This role offers the opportunity to influence how XPO is positioned in the market, develop compelling customer solutions, and drive bid excellence.

On a Typical Day, You Will

  • Lead the full bid lifecycle from qualification to submission and review
  • Develop clear, compelling, customer-focused proposals
  • Define and drive strong win themes
  • Manage and coach a small bid team
  • Lead bid reviews, workshops, and governance processes
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and SMEs
  • Maintain bid content, templates, and best practice
  • Drive continuous improvement across quality and performance

  • Logistics / supply chain / 3PL experience
  • APMP or similar methodology
  • Proposal automation tools
