Senior Bid Manager
Senior Bid Manager - Construction Team

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering complex, high-value bids for a leading construction business. As a Senior Bid Manager, you'll collaborate with talented teams across the business and supply chain, helping to secure projects that make a real difference to communities across the UK. From education and healthcare to defence and infrastructure, you'll be instrumental in shaping winning strategies that bring our vision to life.
Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering compelling, high-quality bids that respond to client requirements and showcase our strengths
- Leading bid strategy development, bringing together internal and external stakeholders to create winning themes
- Managing bid programmes, governance processes, and risk mitigation throughout the tender lifecycle
- Writing and reviewing quality responses to ensure our value propositions are clear and competitive
- Mentoring and guiding other bid managers, sharing best practice and contributing to continuous improvement

Requirements
This role of Senior Bid Manager is great for you if:
- You have extensive experience developing bid-win strategies and delivering high-quality submissions to tight deadlines
- You possess excellent organisational and communication skills, with a collaborative approach
- You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing polished, professional work
- You're confident using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create engaging content
- You enjoy working with diverse teams and have the ability to guide and inspire others
