About the Role
The **Senior Bid Manager will take full ownership of complex, high-value tenders—from the initial client requirements stage through to post-tender interviews. You will ensure submissions are accurate, consistent, and compliant, collaborating closely with project, design, and commercial teams.
This hybrid role demands translating technical and commercial details into clear bid plans, coordinating inputs, and maintaining tight control over deadlines, quality, and output. As the central point of contact for all live tenders, you will:
- Drive clarity and efficiency
- Resolve issues promptly
- Ensure every bid submission reflects the company’s expertise and unique approach

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a team of Bid Managers, coordinators, and writers, including providing hands-on direction and reviewing content.
- Oversee the preparation of mid-tender materials and interview supports, analysing daily risks and contributing to refinements in bid processes and templates.
- Work across platforms like InDesign, Figma, and digital submission tools, (knowledge of AI-assisted writing tools is beneficial).
- Understand and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and brand compliance.

Requirements
Candidates should have:
- Proven experience in managing construction or fit-out tenders.
- Strong organisational and document-control skills.
- Proficiency in technical and commercial translation, with the ability to synthesise information rapidly.
- Experience with adobe tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign), design platforms (e.g., Figma), and digital submission platforms is advantageous.
