Senior Bid Writer

Senior Bid Writer – UK Public Sector

Edinburgh (Hybrid - Client Visits)
£70,000–£75,000 + Benefits

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading global technology consulting organisation for an experienced Senior Bid Writer to support the continued growth of its UK Public Sector business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished bid professional who thrives on producing winning proposals while helping shape and improve bid excellence across a growing organisation.

The Role

You'll take ownership of high-value public sector bids, leading the development of compelling, compliant, and high-scoring responses across a range of procurement processes including ITTs, SQs, PQQs, RFIs, RFPs, and framework submissions.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts, you'll transform complex technical, commercial, and delivery information into customer-focused proposals that clearly articulate value and align with evaluation criteria.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
