Partnering with a global, specialist media agency with a strong focus on paid social, paid search, and programmatic media, particularly within B2B and financial services sectors.

I am looking for an experienced and commercially minded paid media professional to join a growing team as a Senior Biddable Media Manager, leading the delivery of high-performing paid media campaigns across a diverse global client portfolio.

The Opportunity

Experienced across Paid Search/Social and Programmatic, you will play a key role in driving strategy, campaign performance, innovation, and client growth across multiple international accounts.

You will take ownership of end-to-end campaign management - from strategic planning and activation through to optimisation, reporting, and client presentation. Working closely with planning, ad-ops, and wider agency teams, you'll help shape best-in-class biddable media strategies while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the agency's continued expansion in this area.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
