As demand continues to grow, we’re expanding our BIM capability and have an exciting opportunity for a Senior BIM Information Manager to join our team. Our disciplines span architecture, civil and structural engineering, building services, specialist high‑voltage and process engineering, programme management and CDM consultancy - all underpinned by the latest innovations in Building Information Modelling (BIM) to deliver efficient, compliant and coordinated design. About You As a Senior BIM Information Manager, you will bring a strong track record in coordinating, assuring and delivering high‑quality BIM outputs across multi‑disciplinary projects. You’ll combine technical BIM expertise with Management, communication and problem‑solving skills, supporting project delivery while helping to guide and develop others within the BIM function. You’ll be adept working across architecture, engineering and building services teams, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, engage effectively with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that all project information meets required standards and deadlines. You will have experience in: Managing model federation and coordinating multi‑disciplinary BIM outputs Managing clash detection, data validation and compliance reviews Developing and delivering core BIM documents (BEPs, MIDPs, data audits, reports) Engaging with designers, project managers and clients to support digital delivery Mentoring BIM Coordinators, Information Managers and Graduates Ensuring quality, consistency and best practice across project teams Client care and repeat business are central to success in this role—your ability to build trusted relationships and act as a knowledgeable, reliable BIM Manager will be key. Key Purpose In this role, you will: Manage the coordination, assurance and delivery of BIM information across a portfolio of multi‑disciplinary projects Manage time, cost, quality and resource demands across BIM workstreams Produce and oversee essential BIM deliverables, audits and compliance checks Support bids, project mobilisation and client engagement activities Champion digital quality standards, consistency and best practice within local and national teams Contribute to the ongoing development of the wider BIM function through participation in team initiatives and continuous improvement programmes Provide feedback on BIM processes, performance and technical standards Support the growth and capability of the team through mentoring, development and knowledge‑sharing Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate, compliant BIM outputs to agreed deadlines Build effective, trusted working relationships with project teams and clients Identify and resolve data, coordination and compliance issues early Contribute positively to team development and digital capability Are recognised as a strong, dependable BIM lead across your projects Develop BIM documentation to support project goals and drive BIM implementation. Support deployment and validation of field data management systems. Collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment to deliver integrated building solutions. Ensure BIM delivery aligns with industry standards, EIRs, BEPs, and internal procedures. Establish BIM modelling environments and communicate access protocols to project teams. Monitor adherence to BIM Execution Plans and report compliance issues. Many of the positions within our company are subject to security clearance.
