Senior Biostatistician | Global CRO (FSP) | Home Based | UK/Europe | Permanent
Our client is a leading global CRO partnering with a top-tier pharmaceutical organisation through an established FSP model. Due to continued growth within their oncology portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Study Lead Statistician to join their team on a permanent, fully remote basis across Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of statistical activities across clinical studies within oncology, working closely with cross-functional teams to support the development of innovative cancer therapies.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Acting as the lead statistician for oncology clinical studies from protocol development through to final study reporting
- Developing and reviewing Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), study designs, and reporting specifications
- Performing and overseeing statistical analyses, interpretation of study results, and regulatory submissions
- Collaborating with clinical, programming, data management, and regulatory teams to ensure successful study delivery
- Providing statistical leadership and contributing to strategic discussions across study teams
- Supporting interactions with sponsors and participating in project meetings as the statistical lead

What You Will Need:
- MSc or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related discipline
- 6–10 years of biostatistics experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry
- Minimum of 2 years' recent experience working on oncology clinical trials, with solid tumour experience being essential
- Previous experience leading studies independently as a Study Lead Statistician
- Strong understanding of clinical trial methodology, statistical principles, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
