Location: Based at their Head Office situated in Central Beds
Role Responsibilities:
- Support the Financial Controller with all aspects of financial accounts preparation.
- Work closely with the other members of the finance team and be able to work collaboratively.
- Close working with the management team and CEO as required.
- Encompass a wide range of financial accounting activity across the multi-entities including accounts payable and receivables, bank reconciliations, journals, general ledger management, billing, and managing month end.
- Assist with the preparation of annual accounts, VAT returns, liaison with HMRC and external accountants, and ensure that compliance and controls are adhered to.
Skills Required:
- AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
- Advanced IT skills including strong Excel. QuickBooks experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proven experience operating in a similar role within a SME business.
- Previous Group and Intercompany experience are highly desirable.
