Senior Branch Manager SIXT

Your Role at SIXT
As a Senior Branch Manager, you’ll drive performance, leadership, and growth:
- Business leadership: Oversee budgets, sales, and market penetration across multiple branches while boosting revenue & profitability
- Team development:
- Mentor Management Trainees, Rental Sales Agents, and Fleet Service Agents via performance reviews and coaching
- Recruit talent (collaborating with Talent Teams)
- Up-skill managers in recruitment processes
- Fleet & operations management:
- Ensure optimal fleet performance
- Handle health, safety, corporate branding (CI), decommissioning (defleets)
- Assign efficient workflows and delegate tasks
- Customer excellence:
- Foster a premium service culture
- Manage complaints with regional teams to optimise processes

Required Skills & Experience
- Service mindset: Enthusiastic for direct customer interaction and excellence
- Management experience: Minimum 3 years as a Branch Manager, including 2–4 years in sales & customer service
- Team development: Proven tracking of performance/career growth across teams
- Organisational skills: Multitasking under dynamic environments
- Communication: Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
