The Role
Belstaff is looking for a passionate, dynamic and process driven Senior Brand & Marketing Manager to join the team. Reporting into the Brand & Marketing Director, you will shape and manage the global brand and marketing strategy for menswear, womenswear and Moto, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all physical and digital touchpoints.
This role is on a fixed-term contract until October 2027.
Responsibilities
- Guide, inspire and motivate the team and wider cross functions to deliver brand and marketing plans that will drive traffic, footfall, conversion and channel growth
- Lead all 360 campaigns and collaborations across online and offline platforms including ecom, retail, wholesale, email, social, brand media, PR and events, ensuring we take a channel-specific approach to each activation
- Set project KPIs, track and evaluate all brand and marketing activity to provide insights to the business and drive data driven decisions
- Support the delivery of commercial and trade-driving marketing initiatives to achieve revenue, traffic and conversion targets
- Support the Brand & Marketing Manager in delivering retail and wholesale marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, traffic and commercial performance
- Manage cross-channel content planning and ecom refreshes alongside the digital & design teams to drive traffic and conversion
- Oversee the social, influencer and content strategy to drive brand reach, cultural relevance, audience growth and engagement
- Implement and lead the media, PR, partnerships and collaboration strategy, ensuring we deliver traffic, footfall, conversion and ROI on all activity we invest in
- Lead the Moto marketing strategy alongside the Moto Sales Manager, delivering campaigns, activations and partnerships that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and category growth
- Own and manage the annual brand and marketing budget, including planning, forecasting, tracking and reporting
- Develop and maintain marketing processes, budget management tools and project tracking frameworks to improve visibility, efficiency and decision-making across the business
- Own and champion the brand calendar and campaign/project management docs, integrating them tightly within the brand team and wider business
- Create briefs and roll-out presentations for internal and external parties to capture the end-to-end goals of a campaign or project
- Support the Brand Director, senior leadership team and wider business with strategy development and special projects
- Constantly review and implement new processes and ways of working to improve team collaboration and drive cross functional efficiencies
- Lead, support and mentor a high-performing Brand & Marketing Manager while fostering effective collaboration across the wider business and external partners

Skills & Experience
- Fashion, sport or lifestyle experience
- Extensive experience in 360 campaign management across a variety of online and offline channels
- The ability to create and implement effective brand and marketing strategies that drive ROI
- Excellent organisation and project management skills with the ability to see things through from concept to execution
- Experience in social, media, events and content planning
- A background in DTC and wholesale marketing channels
- A team-centric approach and management style
- An excellent understanding of global marketing tactics, particularly in the UK & DE
- A creative thinker with the ability to conceptualise and sell in ideas
- Highly organised with an energetic outlook - you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
