Job Description
About the Role & Team
This is a senior strategic role within Disney Consumer Products, Games and Publishing, focused on shaping how some of Disney’s most-loved brands and franchises are commercialised across EMEA. Working in close partnership with the Director, the Global Brand Commercialisation team and regional partners across category, marketing, retail, Global Product Creation and finance, the Senior Brand Commercialisation Manager will turn global brand strategies into clear regional plans that drive audience engagement, brand equity and long-term commercial growth.
This role is based in our London Hammersmith office, with an expectation to work onsite four days per week.
Values
You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values, acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.
What You Will Do
- Lead the development and execution of EMEA brand commercialisation strategies for assigned Disney brands and franchises, translating global strategies into clear regional plans that support consumer positioning, audience targeting and commercial growth.
- Use consumer insights, brand health metrics, marketplace and competitor learnings, category performance, retail data and financial analysis to identify growth opportunities across categories, partners, products, markets, channels and audiences.
- Partner with category, creative, product development, marketing, retail, finance and Global Product Creation teams to align priorities, shape initiatives and ensure brand strategies are delivered consistently across EMEA.
- Work closely with the Global Brand Commercialisation team to contribute to global brand strategy development and ensure regional execution reflects EMEA market needs, business priorities and franchise opportunities.
- Lead cross-line-of-business relationships across The Walt Disney Company to unlock opportunities that support brand success, including marketing activity, content exposure, audience engagement and non-commercial partnerships that build brand equity.
- Ensure licensing, publishing, games and direct-to-consumer retail are integrated into brand plans, with clear channel strategies that optimise commercial return, retail presence, product listings and promotional opportunities.
- Own the tracking and reporting of brand KPIs, financial performance, quarterly forecasts and brand initiative benchmarks, using insights to recommend course corrections and inform decision-making across category, marketing, retail, finance and global teams.
- Represent assigned brands and franchises across DCP EMEA, sharing relevant franchise information, tools and materials to support sell-in, partner meetings, local market implementation and regional mobilisation.
- Ensure teams have the rights, style guides, branding assets, marketing tools and content information needed to deliver brand plans effectively and consistently across the region.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
