Senior Brand & Content Manager – Runway East

About the Role

At Runway East, we're on the mission to eliminate boring offices. Since 2014, we’ve created innovative, flexible office spaces in London, Bristol, and Brighton, supporting teams from 1-100 members. As Senior Brand & Content Manager, you’ll redefine how Runway East’s story is told—crafting engaging, impactful content that connects meaningfully with our world. From brand building to campaign launches, you’ll help drive audiences, sales, and advocacy—and it’s been a while since we’ve felt inspired by our own creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities


📍 Location: London, UK 📅 Working arrangement: 4 days onsite at HQ, 1 day remote/your choice

📋 Process: We’re recruiting via a multi-phase process:

  • Applications reviewed: Week starting 20th July
  • Initial interviews: Week starting 27th July

Core Duties

1. Building a Cult Brand

Runway East thrives in a sea of mediocre content. You’ll carry this fight to lead the next evolution in brand storytelling tailored for change-makers.

  • Design and execute brand awareness strategies (across all public channels: social media, email, etc.)
  • Create and drive post-tour pitch decks, compelling case studies, and remarkable content that stands out and drives leads
  • Cut through the noise and strengthen client relationships through engaging narratives

2. Sales Enablement & Product Marketing

Equip the team to win every sales pitch with top-notch assets that speak to each customer’s unique needs:

  • Provide beautiful campaigns, photos, and user stories ideally displayed across website, social channels, and sales collateral
  • Manage the CMS and individual office assets (accurate floorplans, high-quality images, platforms tailored to member spaces)
  • Create brand-aligned assets via email or one-on-one pitches

3. Freelancer and Content Pool Management

  • Recruit, brief, brief, and manage 1–2 full-time and part-time junior brand/content marketers
  • Own and maintain a collection of seasonal/occasional freelance designers, writers, and content creators
  • Act as a ‘content triage officer’—fast-track the company’s ad-hoc creative requests from execs

4. Campaign & Launch Management

Launching with panache is your speciality—harness content and branding to stimulate buzz and drapes everything on time

  • Develop campaign assets for rebrands, site launches or reopenings
  • Oversee multi-channel content (digital, print, physical spaces)
  • Ensure all touchpoints (websites, emails, promotions) run on time, on brand

5. Brand Guardianship

Runway East must speak with a single, cohesive voice. You are the‘brand bible’ keeper:

  • Maintain and update brand guidelines
  • Empower the company to live and love the RWE brand
  • Establish the processes, tools, and systems needed to keep our brand unstoppable and consistent

Creative & Daring Anthropologist

❗ You don’t blend in – because you can’t. You thrill at the idea that so much content is actually dull, and know how to fix that.

✅ Editor-Mindset & Visual Storytelling Savviness: From photography, video, and design to copywriting that really speaks to people.

✅ Freelancer & People Manager: You’ll lead teams owning freelancers and two junior team members with clear vision and methodology. You rally performers rather than micromanaging, getting the best out of people.
