Our client
Our client is a fast-growing, design-led workspace brand with a strong, distinctive identity and a loyal community of members. Operating a portfolio of sites across major UK cities, they've built a genuinely differentiated brand in a crowded market, and they're now ready to invest properly in telling that story.
The role
Reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, the Senior Brand & Content Manager will own brand awareness and engagement across all public channels, creating standout, social-first content that drives awareness, engagement and leads. You'll lead on sales enablement and product marketing, making sure the brand shows up beautifully throughout the customer journey, from website content and case studies through to post-tour pitch decks. You'll manage the CMS, keeping site-level photography, floorplans and content accurate across the portfolio, and you'll oversee a small team plus a wider pool of freelance designers, copywriters and content creators, triaging ad hoc requests from senior stakeholders. You'll also play a key role in new site launches, ensuring content and assets land on time and on-brand, and act as guardian of the brand guidelines, keeping everything consistent across touchpoints.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
