The Job

As Senior Brand & Content Manager, you’ll ensure Runway East’s voice is bold, memorable, and transformative—cutting through the noise to deliver top-tier storytelling. In simple terms: build our audience, power site launches, enable sales with quality assets, and be the guardian of our brand.
- Supported by a budget, marketing exec, and a pool of freelancers
- Work across 15 buildings + 8,000+ members from the UK’s most innovative companies

What You’ll Do
1. Build a Cult Brand
Challenge the status quo. Runway East—and much of the flex industry—lags behind in content creativity. You’ll own brand awareness with ’top 1%’, content-first strategies that stand out, engage, and convert.
- Create impactful campaigns that elevate public perception
- Leverage social-first, high-value content (video, photography, copy)
- Drive awareness, brand equity, engagement, and leads with a clear voice
2. Sales Enablement & Product Marketing
From first impression to closed deal, your content will be the differentiating factor.
- Develop compelling case studies, SEO-driven content, and high-conversion assets (website, pitch decks, tour materials)
- Manage content for each site, ensuring real-time CMS updates, accurate floorplans, and up-to-date imagery
- Create office-specific campaigns with targeted assets and email series

3. Manage the Creative & Content Teams
Supercharge execution with strategy and talent.
- Oversee 1-2 full-time + part-time junior marketers who cover administrative and tactical work
- Lead a freelance talent pool (designers, copywriters, videographers) with briefing and management expertise
- Act as the central hub for ad-hoc content requests, triaging priorities whilst keeping the exec team locked and loaded
4. Campaign & Launch Management
Launch new sites? Start creating buzz. Let no one buy without killer digital/physical assets.
- Coordinate cross-team content to align with launches
- Ensure timely delivery of assets (photos, videos, copy, branding)
- Maximise awareness and conversions with targeted content campaigns
5. Brand Management
You’ll be the brand’s guardiansome—defending integrity and innovation.
- Own the brand bible (guidelines, voice, standards)
- Drive consistency across all touchpoints (social media, print, websites, sales collateral)
- Build processes & systems for seamless brand management

You’re Our Mach
You’d need a combination of: 🔥 EDUCATION: Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or similar (or strong equivalent experience). 🔥 CAREER: At least 3+ years in Content/Marketing/Brand roles—not just ‘execution but strategy.
We want someone with:
- Lean startup skills (working smart in ambitious environments)
- Conviction to build something manifolding (no wishy-washy chatter).
- Clear on ‘how content scales & converts’—especially in intangible markets.
