About the Role

Our client is one of the UK's best-loved flexible workspace brands. Founded over a decade ago, they run buildings across London and beyond for teams of 1 to 100, with thousands of members from some of the country's most exciting companies.

Here's their honest assessment: almost everyone in the flex industry, themselves included, has been producing pretty mid content. Your job is to fix that. The raw material is exceptional: characterful buildings, a genuinely distinctive brand, and a member community full of stories worth telling. What's missing is someone to turn it into the top 1% of content that actually cuts through.

As the Senior Brand & Content Manager you'll own brand awareness and engagement across every public channel, social first, with content that drives equity, engagement and leads. You'll have a budget, a pool of freelance designers, copywriters and content creators, and 1-2 junior contractors reporting to you.

This isn't a pure strategy seat. You'll set the direction and get it made, by your freelancers, your reports, or yourself.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
